If you'er interested in buying a LTC policy 525longtermcare.com is the place to go. Brian and Madalyn are wonderful people and great to work with. They know more about this business than almost anyone, cause that's all they do. Give them a call.....I did.

Both Brian and Madalyn Lutsch have been most helpful in explaining how the 525 LTC Plan works and in answering all our questions. We especially appreciated the fact that much of our premium is refundable to our estate if it is never needed. We also appreciated their letting us know that at our age (early 70's), we are better off paying annual premiums rather than a lump-sum payment up front because once one of us goes on claim, the premiums stop. We feel this policy is ideal for our needs and have felt very fortunate to have Brian and Madalyn as our advisors. They have communicated very well with us and never kept us waiting long. Needless to say, we are happy policy holders today!

From the day attending a Saturday information session to the day of signing a long term plan I couldn't have been more impressed. Brian and Madalyn were professional, kind and caring with every step of the process. Brain takes the time to understand and know about the individual before recommending plans for consideration and then a final decision on the best plan. Both Madalyn and Brian provided very timely and clear communication along every step of the process. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend this team for your long term health care needs.

My wife and I went to one of Brian's hour long informational seminars to learn about LTC. Brian quickly laid out the case that a LTC policy not only provides for LTC but it can double as a life insurance policy and is really an overall plan for asset protection and most of all, its piece of mind to not only know that you will be properly cared for but it takes away the worry for your family when the time comes to use the benefits. Because Brian is a broker he provides a vast field of options of companies and policy types available in the industry and is not "stuck" on one but finds that one that meets your objectives. There is NO pressure at any point, Brian "arms you" with good information and "you" decide (with his guidance) what is best for you. The one thing we really didn't know going forward with the policy was the fact that "its a several month process" to obtain a LTC policy but the great news is, Brian has a genuine partner to help coach and get you through that process successfully. "Madalyn" helps you through every step of the way and her follow up / follow through skills are second to none. I have no reservations acknowledging the high value quality of service they provide and the timeliness of their interactions and the total overall satisfaction of our experience. I only give them a 5-star rating because that is all that was available, in our book they are a 10!

Wow, Brian and Madalyn know the Long Term Care business! I’m so happy we found them - we feel relief that this is taken care of, and if we don’t use it - our kids will inherit most of what we put in. There was no pressure, and quick responses to our questions. I highly recommend this team!

Getting long-term care coverage with Rheumatoid Arthritis is a challenge. I have had it for over 26 years and am doing quite well with modern medicines. That did not seem to matter to long-term care underwriters - at least not until we had the power of Brian Ott and Madalyn Lutsch from 525 Advisers on our side. They went to bat for us writing to the underwriters about our healthy, active lifestyle so we could be seen and individuals rather than statistics. Their word was trusted. We were able to secure a coverage plan that we were able to afford in our mid 60s that provides us with peace of mind going into the future. Statistics could not be ignored, so I am in a high risk plan, but I have one! We did not think that was possible until 525 Advisers made it happen! 525 Advisers walked us through every step of the way. Their service and attention to detail is impeccable. My husband and I highly recommend them.

I attended their seminar on Long Term Care. I learned so much. I had heard that it was practically impossible for breast cancer survivors to be accepted for a long term care policy. Brain and Madalyn were able to direct me to the proper company that would cover me. What a relief. They have been very helpful and efficient in the process. I would highly recommend 525 Advisors.

525 Long Term Care is where you will find experts on Long Term Care. Brian and Madalyn are extremely knowledgeable and helpful to find the right policy for your needs and budget. I liked that this is all they focus on because LTC can be very complicated and expensive. I first saw Brian speak in a seminar in Bellevue several years ago, and recently purchased a policy. The whole process was very easy and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company! Do it!
