Luke and Rob are fantastic!! They come to PVH surgery and visit with our surgery patients and families. They are kind, patient, understanding and always go that "extra mile". They work well with the PVH staff; always respectful. They are patient with the nursing staff; allowing them to finish prepping a patient for surgery before asking to see the patient. They usually will arrive early before surgery so they can visit with the patient and family before they go into pre-op. The nurses appreciate that very much!
